Building Committee: The committee provides an oversight function for maintenance on the buildings and grounds that make up the St. Mary Campus.
Collection Counters: Small groups that meet on Monday morning for about 1 1/2 hours to sort, count and record the weekly offerings.
Communications: This ministry is responsible for the review and development of the communication needs of the parish.
Finance Council: This council is charged with developing the budgets under which we operate. They provide the oversight of parish expenditures and accounting services and advise the pastor and parish council on all financial matters.
Parish Council: The Parish Council is comprised of nine members nominated by the parish community and selected by lot. In addition, there are nine appointed ministry heads or staff members. The Council acts as a consultative body to the pastor and a liaison to the parish community and meets monthly.
Stewardship Committee: Members work to communicate, promote, and monitor our parish commitment to share our prayer, and time, talent, and treasure that that each of us have been given by God.
Strategic Planning Committee: This committee is responsible for periodically assessing the needs of the parish, recommending priorities, goals and strategies to address these needs, and monitoring the progress in implementing the goals adopted by the Parish Council.
Technology Committee: This ministry aids in the development and maintenance of the parish website and monitors the technology needs of the parish.
