Brotherhood of St. Ignatius: The Brotherhood is a men’s Bible study that meets each Thursday at 6:30 AM in the parish office.
Christ Renews His Parish (CRHP): This retreat and parish renewal program provides opportunities for adults to deepen their relationship with God in Jesus Christ. Separate weekends for men and women are held twice annually. Participants in CRHP weekends continue to grow in faith through the facilitation of future CRHP weekends and their involvement on other parish ministries.
First Friday Adoration: This ministry strives to provide at least four adorers for each hour between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM on the first Friday and 8:45 to 9:45 AM on the first Saturday of the month for adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
Legion of Mary: The Legion of Mary is a world-wide association of Catholic men and women who, with the sanction of the Church and under the powerful leadership of Mary Immaculate, Mediatrix of All Graces, have formed themselves into a Legion for service in the warfare which is perpetually being waged by the Church against the forces of evil. The aims of the Legion of Mary are to 1) increase the personal holiness of its members through the imitation of the virtues of Mary, 2) foster a deeper devotion to Mary among all people and 3) undertake various apostolic works. Meets each Tuesday at 6:00 PM in the St. Joseph Room.
Monday Night Scripture Study: This group meets on the first and third Monday of the month. They read and discuss selected scripture passages.
Small Christian Communities: Small groups of adults who meet on a regular basis in a parishioner’s home to study and discuss a particular subject matter pertaining to the Catholic faith. Materials are made available for each topic.
Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA): RCIA is the rite provided by the Catholic Church for the faith formation and initiation of adult believers into the church. It is a process of inquiry and exploration into the Catholic Church, its doctrines and traditions.
Rite of Christian Initiation for Children (RCIC): RCIC is a program for children who have reached the age of seven and have not been baptized. A child must be enrolled in Catholic School or religious education class for at least one year before receiving any sacraments
Religious Education: Religious education is offered for children in first through eighth grade who do not attend Catholic School. Classes meet from September through May on Sunday morning. |
